Irresistible Chocolates

As a part of the Times Bangalore Festival, chocolate making session was organized at Taj Residency on 11th April. Chef R. Seluvaraj explained and showed us some mouthwatering chocolates delights. The demo was lively with detailed and clear explanation, doubt clarifications and tips on variations in each type. And of course, the servings were yummy.

Even my toddler enjoyed the cooking session and he was demonstrating chocolate making at home. Even he picked up the names of chocolates like chilly chocolate and banana-apple chocolate.

There was a demonstration on Banana & Apple Chocolate, Basil Chocolate, Orange Chocolate, Chilly Chocolate and Exotic Fruit Tart. Fresh fruits and fruit puree and juice were used in its preparation. And the making is quite easy- so easy that you can try it at home. I liked the session. Recipes should be this simple and easy and delicious too.

I missed other cookery sessions. I really look forward to attending all the sessions next Times festival. Great event! Keep it up Times!
